VAT Support Executive

£25,400 per annum

My client is seeking a VAT Support Executive to join their team. The VAT Support Executive will be responsible for customer retention and upselling the products and services. You will:

• Make contact with customers who wish to deregister, selling the benefits of the services or offering alternative products
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to ensure customers are using the maximum amount of services available
• Follow up on missing information with customers to ensure applications are progressed swiftly
• Establish gaps in customer data and make contact to chase
• Manage the deregistration process where necessary
• Provide general administration support
• Maintain digital customer records and manage an in-house ticking system

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience of working within a customer service role
• Have strong organisation skills
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have good organisational skills

Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, and Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Hybrid working following completion of probation.
