Our client is a rapidly growing commercial vehicle body shop. Their work includes commercial vehicle paintwork, repairs, graphics and bespoke body building all over the UK.

The Role

As a vehicle body shop technician, you will be working in their accident repair shop, and your responsibilities will include:

• MET – Strip & fit mainly
• Panel beating & dent pulling
• Panel fitting – inc. van sidewalls, door apertures, etc
• Filling
• Prepping for paintwork
• Document your work, following the company’s quality management system and taking images throughout repair stages.
• Deliver the highest quality of work.
• Cleaning your own station.

Benefits

• Salary - £13p/h - £17.50p/h (DOE)
• Working hours will be as follows: 8:00AM – 4:30PM Monday - Friday with optional overtime available, this includes Saturday mornings.
• You will get 20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays.

About you

You must have at least 2 years relevant experience. You need to be able to use your own initiative, be punctual and willing to get stuck in as part of the team. You must also have your own tools and will be expected to always keep the workshop clean and tidy.
