Vehicle Brokerage Sales Executive – Swadlingcote, Derbyshire

• Basic Salary: Circa £25,000
• OTE £40,000 - £50,000+
• 4-Day Working Week | No Weekends | Full Training Provided

I’m recruiting on behalf of a highly successful vehicle brokerage based in Derbyshire, who are experiencing significant growth. Supporting dealerships and vehicle traders nationwide, they’re now looking to add a Sales Executive to their thriving brokerage team.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced, dynamic team responsible for coordinating the exchange of over 30,000 vehicles per year, all remotely from their modern offices in Derby.

What’s on Offer:

• Basic salary around £25,000
• OTE £40,000 - £50,000 (with top earners taking home more)
• 4-day working week (once probation is complete)
• No weekend work
• Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
• Excellent work-life balance

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing a portfolio of vehicle sales across dealerships and traders
• Liaising with buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions
• Negotiating deals and delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining accurate records of all activity and progress

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Confidence working over the phone in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with great attention to detail
• Previous experience in vehicle sales or brokerage is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided
