Vehicle Builder / Technician

Vehicle Technician - Northampton
£24.80 Umbrella (after 12 weeks)
Monday-Friday | 06:00-16:00 | 50 Hours Per Week
Contract Inside IR35

Duties include:

Assembling train interiors and exteriors from engineering drawings.
Fitting components such as seating, flooring, doors, windows, panels, and cab equipment.
Installing mechanical parts.
Carrying out vehicle refurbishment and upgrade projects.
Using hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely.
Identifying and rectifying defects.
Working to strict health, safety, and engineering procedures.

Key skills and experience:

Mechanical fitting, coachbuilding, vehicle building, or manufacturing experience.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Knowledge of rail, automotive, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing environments is often advantageous.Rullion supports applications from a diverse talent pool.
