Salary: £45,000 - £50000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday (7:30am - 5pm)
Location: Slough (Berkshire)

Are you an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor looking to join a busy, professional accident repair centre with a strong reputation in the insurance repair sector?

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established accident repair business that works closely with leading insurance companies. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing team.

Your Responsibilities

Inspect damaged vehicles and produce accurate repair estimates.
Assess vehicle damage in line with insurance and manufacturer repair methods.
Liaise with insurance companies, engineers and customers throughout the repair process.
Prepare repair schedules using industry estimating systems.
Identify additional damage and submit supplementary estimates where required.
Work closely with the workshop team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Deliver excellent customer service while managing repairs from assessment through to completion.
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA), Estimator or Bodyshop Estimator.
Experience working within an insurance accident repair environment.
Knowledge of vehicle construction and modern repair techniques.
Experience using estimating systems such as Audatex, GT Motive or Autoflow is advantageous.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
ATA Accreditation is desirable but not essential.
Full UK Driving Licence.
