TeamJobs are recruiting for a Vehicle Dismantler to join a growing automotive recycling business in Poole.

You do NOT need previous vehicle dismantling experience. We're keen to hear from Mechanics, Vehicle Technicians, MET Technicians, Strip Fitters or anyone with strong hands-on automotive experience.

Salary & Hours:

£32,000 per annum
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
No weekends
Permanent opportunityWhat you'll be doing:

Dismantling vehicles and removing reusable parts and components
Removing engines, gearboxes, suspension, body panels and other mechanical parts
Using your own hand tools alongside workshop equipment and power tools
Identifying vehicle components and removing them without causing unnecessary damage
Working efficiently to daily targets
Maintaining a safe and organised working areaWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, MET Technician, Strip Fitter or similar
Good mechanical knowledge of cars and vehicle components
Confident removing and replacing vehicle parts
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Own tools required
Practical, hands-on and happy working in a fast-paced environmentThis could be ideal if you're currently working in a garage, dealership, bodyshop or workshop and fancy using your mechanical skills in a completely different environment.

£32k. Monday-Friday. No weekends. Permanent role.
