We have an opportunity for Vehicle Image Engineers looking to take the next step with a growing and rewarding company.

After the initial training plan, the role can be either office or home based. As a Vehicle Image Engineer, you will provide a first-class service to confirm the viability of repairs, completing desktop reviews and reports.

Accountabilities:
Managing your own tasks and providing feedback to other departments.
Ensure authorised repairs are compliant and in-line with guidelines.
Updating internal systems
Respond to emails and telephone queries within a suitable timeframe.

Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Image Engineer / Estimator / VDA [Vehicle Damage Assessor]
Audatex experience.
Experience of resolving complex customer/repairer problems or complaints.
Proven understanding of client requirements.
Strong negotiating skills for vehicle repair rates and delivery timelines
