Car Leasing & Sales Executive – Permanent Role

• Based in Glasgow
• Basic Salary £20,000
• Realistic Earnings Over £50,000+
• Full-Time – Monday to Friday Only (No Weekends)

We are currently working with a fast-growing vehicle leasing operation in the Glasgow area that is looking to recruit a driven and experienced Car Leasing Executive. This is a full-time, office-based role offering excellent commission potential and a professional, focused working environment.

• Uncapped commission – realistic earnings £50,000+

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and proactive sales enquiries for personal and business leasing
• Provide tailored vehicle and finance options based on customer requirements
• Prepare accurate quotes and lease agreements
• Source vehicles through dealer networks
• Deliver excellent customer service from enquiry to delivery
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in car sales or vehicle leasing
• Strong understanding of finance packages and leasing products
• Confident communicator with a professional sales approach
• Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
