Location: Lexus Edgware
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (depending on experience and brand accreditations) + uncapped OTE of £20,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30, 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00 - 13:00, paid at 1.5x overtime rate) We will consider someone who can work 4 days during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Diagnostics & Fault Finding: Conduct complex Mechanic diagnostics and troubleshooting using the latest manufacturer tools and software.
  
  
• Precision Repairs & Maintenance: Carry out major and minor repairs, routine servicing, and system updates to the highest standards.
  
  
• Hybrid & Electric Expertise: Work on cutting-edge hybrid and EV technology with manufacturer-supported training.
  
  
• Quality Assurance: Perform thorough road tests and quality checks, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Technical Leadership: Support and mentor junior technicians, sharing expertise and upholding workshop excellence.
  
  
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to manufacturer and industry regulations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• A Mechanic who is looking to progress to Diagnostics and higher positions.

• Experience working to efficiency and productivity targets.

• A meticulous approach to work, ensuring first-time fixes and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• A passion for the automotive industry, with a desire to stay ahead in hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
  
  
• A full UK driving licence.
