Vehicle Paint Sprayer

Are you an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer looking for your next opportunity with a well-established accident repair centre?

We are recruiting an experienced Car Paint Sprayer to join a long-established and reputable accident repair business based in West Thurrock, Essex.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, established bodyshop with a friendly team, consistent workload and a great Monday-to-Friday working pattern.

The Role

As an experienced Vehicle Paint Sprayer, your duties will include:

Preparing vehicles and panels ready for painting.

*

Mixing and matching paint colours accurately.

*

Carrying out high-quality paint spraying to vehicles and panels.

*

Ensuring a consistently high standard of finish.

*

Working to production deadlines whilst maintaining quality.

*

Working closely with the wider bodyshop team to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.

*

Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.

What We're Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer within an accident repair/bodyshop environment.

*

Excellent preparation and paint spraying skills.

*

Good knowledge of paint systems and colour matching.

*

High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*

Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.

What's On Offer?

*

£19–£21 per hour, depending on experience.

*

Additional monthly bonus of approximately £500.

*

Permanent, full-time position.

*

Monday to Friday, 7:00am–4:30pm.

*

No weekend working!

*
