We’re looking for a motivated and organised Vehicle Progress Coordinator to join our sales team in Birstall.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, has strong planning and organisational skills, and enjoys working as part of a supportive, successful team.

As Vehicle Progress Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping vehicles moving efficiently through the sales process while delivering an excellent customer experience. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll liaise with customers and colleagues across the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Managing vehicle orders and coordinating with manufacturers on progress, specification changes and amendments.
• Overseeing new and used vehicle registrations.
• Monitoring bodybuilder schedules to ensure agreed completion dates are met.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and databases.
• Processing vehicle invoices, coding costs & updating sales systems.
• Coordinating vehicle deliveries, transfers & collections.
• Supporting Area Sales Managers throughout the order-to delivery process.
• Using Salesforce to manage customer data, opportunities, activities and reporting.
• Collaborating with colleagues to improve processes & maximise efficiency.

Previous experience in a similar role or commercial environment would be an advantage, but more importantly, we’re looking for someone with enthusiasm, a proactive approach & a commitment to delivering first-class service. Full training will be provided.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
