Vehicle Remarketing Administrator

We are recruiting an Administrator to join our Vehicle Remarketing team, based at our Operation Centre in Sandy, Bedfordshire.

Our Vehicle Remarketing team perform an important role within Copart, ensuring that we achieve the maximum value for vehicles in auction. With a keen eye for detail, the team check that our images meet our high standards and all the information that we hold about the vehicle is correct.

|The Vehicle Remarketing Administrator supports the Vehicle Remarketing teams that are based in both our Sandy & Bristol Operations Centres, with internal and external communications, reports and data entry.

The salary for this position is £27,645 per annum.

Responsibilities Include:

• Liaising with our external customers and their representatives

• Efficiently dealing with both incoming and outgoing queries, to ensure a high level of productivity

• Consistently improving and delivering a customer experience to the highest standard

• Running daily reports to support daily tasks & processes for the Vehicle Remarketing teams

• Distributing tasks and requests received into the team inbox

• Answering incoming calls from internal and external clients

• Ensuring that all data entry and administrative work is carried out accurately and in a timely manner

• Sharing new ideas to improve our service

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in an administrative role

• A basic understanding of financials

• Previous experience in the motor trade or insurance industry would be preferable, but is not essential

• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Power Point

• Strong attention to detail

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic and self- motivated
