Basic Salary up to £37.5K!

Join a well-established, independent garage in Cranleigh that blends top-quality workmanship with a friendly, community-first approach. You'll be part of a six-person team working in a well-equipped, modern workshop, where your skills will be valued and rewarded.

Whether you’re already a seasoned MOT Tester or a technician looking to grow, this role offers long-term security, excellent earning potential, and a strong team culture.

The Role

• Carry out servicing, repairs, and MOTs on a wide variety of vehicles
• Use advanced diagnostics equipment to identify and resolve faults
• Tackle everything from routine servicing to clutch and timing belt work
• Play a key role in maintaining the garage’s high standards and local reputation

What You’ll Get

• Salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications - basic salary of £37,500 available for experienced Level 3 Technicians with MOT licence
• Up to £6,000 in annual performance bonuses
• Loyalty bonus starting at £750/year, increasing by £750 each year (up to £3,750/year after 5 years)
• Ongoing training and progression opportunities

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm (1-hour break)
• 1 in 4 Saturdays: 8:30am-1:00pm
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays + long service leave
• Free on-site parking
• Supportive, experienced team and a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
• MOT Tester certification is ideal but not essential
• Good all-round experience in servicing, diagnostics, and ideally clutch/cam belt work
• Team-focused, reliable, and committed to doing the job right
