Vehicle Technician – Grantham
Location: Grantham
Salary: Basic up to £43,000 | OTE up to £50,000 + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 | 1 in 3 Saturdays

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable main dealership in Grantham, looking to appoint a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and professional workshop with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out efficient, high-quality repair work
• Working to manufacturer and company standards
• Supporting the wider workshop team to deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• A professional and team-oriented approach
