Vehicle Technician – Droitwich
Location: Droitwich
Salary: Basic up to £36,000 | OTE up to £46,200 + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 | 1 in 3 Saturdays

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful main dealership in Droitwich, seeking a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established service department with ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicles
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
• Working within manufacturer and company standards
• Supporting the workshop team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality service

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Team player with a positive and professional approach
