Vehicle Technician – Coventry
Location: Coventry
Salary: Up to £36,000 (dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills)
Bonus: Generous bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday
Saturday: On a rota basis (1 in 4)

A well-established main dealership in Coventry is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their expanding service department. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career within a leading automotive group, offering strong earning potential and progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer and safety standards
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately and efficiently
• Complete all work to a high standard and in line with dealership expectations
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment

Minimum Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience in a main dealership or high-volume workshop preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
