Vehicle Technician – Ipswich
Location: Ipswich
Salary: Up to £42,000 (depending on qualifications, accreditations, and experience)
Bonus: Generous performance-based bonus scheme
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (on a rota basis)

A well-established main dealership in Ipswich is seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within a professional, stable, and supportive environment, with access to training and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer and safety standards
• Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency
• Complete all required documentation and reports accurately

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience as a Vehicle Technician or Car Mechanic
• Previous main dealership experience preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
