Vehicle Technician – Worcester
Location: Worcester
Salary: Up to £38,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Bonus: Generous bonus scheme
Working Hours: Monday to Friday only

A well-established main dealership in Worcester is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic to join their busy service department. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a reputable automotive group offering strong earning potential and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Accurately diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed

Minimum Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a dealership
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong technical and diagnostic abilities
