£30k - £38k Basic !

Bonus £3600 - £6000 !

Monday to Friday - No Weekends!

Aldershot Area

We’re recruiting for a Vehicle Technician at a busy franchised main dealer site in the Aldershot area. This is a great opportunity to join a professional aftersales team, access full manufacturer training (including EV), and enjoy strong earnings — all without weekend work.

Whether you're currently a Service Tech or beyond, if you're confident with diagnostics, servicing, and general repairs, this could be your next move.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Servicing, maintenance, and diagnostic work
• Mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
• Fault-finding using dealer-level diagnostic equipment
• Completing accurate records and paperwork
• Working as part of a professional, productive team

What You'll Need:

• Service Technician-level experience or above
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
• Brand experience helpful, but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a team-player attitude

What You’ll Get in Return:

• £30,000 - £38,000 basic salary
• Bonus scheme worth £3,600 - £6,000/year (productivity-based)
• Monday to Friday only - 8:00am to 5:30pm (1hr lunch)
• Optional overtime paid at time and a half
• Full manufacturer and EV training
• Local parking and company benefits package
• 20 days holiday + bank holidays
