Location: Waltham Abbey

Salary: up to £37,000 basic plus bonus and additional benefits - OTE £45000

We have an opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join my client’s workshop in Waltham Abbey. Due to increased workload, they are looking for an additional Vehicle Technician to join the team.

• Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm
• NO SATURDAYS
• Electric Vehicle (EV) Training levels 1- 4 for specific roles
• Accreditations provided
• Bonus paid on efficiency

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role are:

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/ City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive
• Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/ car supermarket
• Completed your MOT tester course class 1, 2, 4 or 7
• Experience of working on commercial vehicles/ LCV / cars
• Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided

Key responsibilities for this Vehicle Technician role are:

• Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
• As a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic you will carry out all work completely and effectively
