We’re looking for a Vehicle Technician to join our trusted team and help us deliver the highest standards of care and service to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs of cars and vans with a solution-driven mindset – ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and first-time fixes.
• Support MOT testing (if certified) and work with integrity to meet DVSA standards.
• Embrace forward-thinking approaches, making use of manufacturer training and new technologies to stay ahead.
• Collaborate with colleagues in an environment built on trust, respect, and inclusiveness.

What You’ll Need:

• Your own tools.
• Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ideally, main dealer workshop experience.
• DVSA MOT Testing certification (preferred, but not essential).

Hours & Salary:

• Monday to Friday.
• 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota.

£36,000 – £41,500 basic salary depending on experience + overtime + uncapped monthly bonuses (average £6,000–£7,000 pa).
OTE: Up to £48,500 pa.
