A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a respected, long established dealership workshop in Bromley.

Offering a basic salary of £38,000 plus a departmental profit-share bonus, this role delivers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £42,000–£45,000. Working hours are 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a one-hour unpaid lunch, along with Saturday mornings on a rota basis (8.00am to 1.00pm).

Responsibilities

• Carrying out MOTs in line with DVSA standards
• General servicing and repairs across a wide range of vehicles
• Completing diagnostic work using own equipment where required
• Ensuring all work meets industry and dealership standards
• Maintaining efficiency while delivering consistently high workmanship

Qualifications

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with MOT licence
• Proven background in servicing, repairs and diagnostics
• Confident using diagnostic equipment
• Ability to thrive in a busy workshop environment
• Strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction

Salary and Benefits

• Basic salary: £38,000
• OTE: £42,000–£45,000
• Hours: 8.00am–5.30pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Saturday mornings on a rota (8.00am–1.00pm)
• Bank holiday pay included
• Bonus scheme based on departmental profit share
