Vehicle Technician

Vehicle Technician Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a modern, well-equipped workshop, carrying out a variety of service, maintenance, and repair tasks on a wide range of vehicles. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £41,000 and a stable Monday–Friday work pattern with no weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles.
Complete diagnostic checks to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
Conduct MOT preparation work and ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.
Carry out mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts, and engine work.
Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Ensure all completed work is accurate, documented, and compliant with manufacturer and DVSA standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.Requirements
Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent).
Proven experience in a dealership or independent workshop environment.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.
MOT Tester licence is desirable but not essential.Benefits
