Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester – Multiple Skill Levels
Warrington
Basic Salary: £28,500 – £39,000
Bonus: £800–£1,200 per month
Permanent / Full Time, Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:00pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays: 8:30am–12:00pm
Our client, a successful and busy dealership based in Warrington, is seeking several Vehicle Technicians across all skill levels to join their expanding workshop team. Whether you're a Service Technician or a highly skilled Master Technician, there is an opportunity here to grow, develop and earn a fantastic income.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carrying out vehicle servicing, repairs, MOT testing (where qualified) and maintenance to high standards.
* Performing diagnostic work depending on skill level, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintaining high levels of workmanship, attention to detail, and productivity.
* Keeping up to date with technical information and training as required.
* Working closely with Service Advisors and Workshop Control to ensure smooth workflow.
* Delivering a positive customer experience through quality repairs and professionalism.
Your Background & Skill:
* Level 3 qualification minimum in Light Vehicle Maintenance
* MOT Testers must hold a valid MOT licence.
* Dealership experience preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented work ethic.
* Full UK Driving Licence required.
