Our client, a well-established leader in automotive restoration and performance services, is seeking a highly skilled Performance Vehicle Technician to join their specialist workshop in Haywards Heath. This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals passionate about high-performance vehicles, classic car restoration, and bespoke automotive solutions. The Performance Vehicle Technician will be integral to maintaining the company’s reputation for excellence, delivering exceptional service across a diverse range of performance and classic cars.

Competitive salary between £35,000 and £55,000, dependent on experience

Servicing high-performance and classic vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Diagnosing faults and recommending precise repair strategies
Performing mechanical repairs, component replacements, and upgrades
Ensuring effective communication with the service team regarding repair times and needs
Maintaining comprehensive records of all servicing and repair activities
Conducting system tests post-repair to verify vehicle performance and quality standards
Assisting in the preparation and presentation of vehicles for restoration projectsRequirements:

Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic within a professional environment
Strong background in high-performance vehicle servicing, restoration, or motorsport engineering is highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail and an analytical approach to diagnostics
Full UK driving licence
