About the Vehicle Technician Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Your key responsibilities will include:

Servicing and repairing a variety of vehicles, including diagnostics
Conducting video vehicle health checks to proactively identify issues
Ensuring all work is completed efficiently with high-quality standards
Communicating progress effectively with workshop supervisors and service teams

The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for:

Performing routine and complex vehicle repairs
Carrying out basic diagnostic procedures and assessments

We are looking for a driven Vehicle Technician who possesses:

NVQ / IMI / City & Guilds Level 2 or Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Technology
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Service Technician
A full UK driving license
A passion for delivering high standards of work and excellent customer service
