Monday to Friday work schedule with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

Conduct high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards and guidelines
Perform thorough inspections of vehicle components to identify wear, damage, or required replacements
Provide expert technical advice to customers, ensuring clear, professional communication
Maintain excellent customer service standards to foster trust and encourage repeat business
Collaborate closely with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless operations
Assist fellow Technicians by sharing knowledge and supporting complex repairs
Keep accurate service records and complete all work within set timeframesRequirements:

NVQ Level 3 qualification as a Technician is essential
Proven experience working in a fast-paced workshop environment
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive repairs
Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
