Vehicle Technician

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their well-established multi-site independent garage in Exeter, Devon. Benefits:

Competitive basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Potential earnings of up to £42,000 including OTE
Regular optional overtime on Saturdays
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Performing comprehensive diagnostics and repairs across various makes and models
Undertaking vehicle servicing, MOT preparations, and warranty work
Replacing timing belts, clutches, and other essential components 
Conducting vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
Supporting the workshop team with high standards of workmanship as a Vehicle Technician
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with industry and company standardsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician
Qualified to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
Strong diagnostics skills are preferred; experienced technicians are encouraged to apply
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
A proactive approach to learning and professional growth
