Conduct diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on German-branded vehicles, including VAG Group, BMW, Mercedes, and similar premium brands
Use fault-finding diagnostic equipment, multimeters, and electronic testing tools
Maintain high standards of workmanship aligned with manufacturer specifications
Liaise directly with customers to explain work required, delivering excellent customer service
Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards within the workshop
Maintain tools and ensure workshop remains tidy and organised
Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle technology and manufacturer updatesRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician with knowledge of German marques
Ideally experienced in diagnostics, electrical systems, and vehicle servicing
Full UK driving licence
Own tools are desirable
Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work
Strong attention to detail and professional attitude
Manufacturer-specific training or accreditation is highly advantageous
Juniors with a positive attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered
