Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Technician in Yeovil, Somerset. Conduct routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on various vehicle makes and models
Perform accurate diagnostics and fault finding using specialised equipment
Complete vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain detailed service and repair records for each vehicle
Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle condition, repairs needed, and recommendations
Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols and workshop proceduresRequirements:

Relevant Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Technology or equivalent
Proven workshop experience as a Vehicle Technician
MOT Licence is preferred but not essential
Own a full set of professional workshop tools
Hold a valid UK driving licence
Strong diagnostic abilities and mechanical skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
