Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchise dealership in Kendal, Cumbria. Our client, a well-established family-run business with a strong regional presence, is looking for a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician to enhance their service team. Monday to Friday, with working hours of 8.20am to 5.00pm from Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Fridays.
Saturdays are on a rota basis, from 8.00am to 12.00pm.Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

Repair and service a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards
Conduct diagnostic checks using latest technology
Inspect vehicles for wear, tear, and faults
Complete work adhering to DVSA standards
Provide excellent customer service and technical advice
Perform general vehicle maintenance and repairs as required
Ensure workshop safety and maintain high standards of qualityRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Qualification or equivalent
Full UK Driving Licence
Own set of tools
Current experience working within a vehicle workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
