Job: Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (Level 3)
Location: York
Salary: From £35,500 Basic + Bonus
Hours: Full -Time, Permanent | 45 Hours per Week
Includes 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Working Pattern
45 hours per week
Monday to Friday
1 in 3 Saturday mornings required
Key Responsibilities
Complete work orders, including details of repairs, parts, and labour
Carry out diagnostics and provide accurate reports
Perform routine servicing and technical repairs to manufacturer standards
Interpret technical data and follow manufacturer guidelines
Conduct vehicle health checks and identify additional work
Prepare new and Approved Used vehicles
Record all work carried out, including time and materials used
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and cleanliness standards before return
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Candidate Requirements
â Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (essential)
â Full and valid UK driving licence (essential)
â Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
â Experience in a dealership or workshop environment preferred
â High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
â Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
