£34,000 – £40,000 basic (DOE) + £14,000–£18,000 realistic bonus
Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) + 1 in 4 Saturdays
The Role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a busy and reputable main car dealership in Warrington, seeking an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join their high-performing workshop.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Technician looking to take the next step in their career within a professional, well-equipped dealership environment. You’ll be part of a supportive team with great earning potential and ongoing manufacturer training.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to manufacturer standards
*
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and safely
*
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Workshop Control
*
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of vehicles, systems, and tools
*
Deliver exceptional customer service and quality workmanship
*
Support workshop productivity and maintain a clean, safe working environment
Your Background & Skills
*
Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician (essential)
*
Proven experience within a main dealership or professional workshop
*
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
*
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
*
Full UK Driving Licence required
*
Able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards
