Vehicle Technician / Van Technician – Sittingbourne
Basic salary: Up to £34,000 depending on experience
Bonus: From £500 per month, with the opportunity to earn up to £1,000 per month
Hours: 7:00am–4:30pm, with a one-hour lunch break
ACS Automotive is recruiting a Vehicle Technician / Van Technician for a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Sittingbourne.
This is a great opportunity for a technician who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in getting repairs right and wants the potential to increase their earnings through a monthly bonus.
The role
*
Service, maintain and repair vans and light commercial vehicles.
*
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out effective repairs.
*
Complete inspections and identify any additional work needed.
*
Record work accurately and follow workshop and safety procedures.
*
Work with the service team to keep customers informed and vehicles moving through the workshop.
What we’re looking for
*
Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Van Technician, LCV Technician or Service Technician.
*
Strong servicing, repair and fault-finding skills.
*
A careful approach to quality and safety.
*
The ability to work well as part of a busy workshop team.
Experience with commercial vehicles would be an advantage, although technicians from a car dealership or independent garage background are encouraged to apply.
