Senior Vehicle Technician - Leeds

Up to £40,000 to £47500 Basic - Negotiable Depending on Experience

Monday to Friday | 8:30am-5:30pm - No Weekends | No Bank Holidays | Christmas Shutdown | Ongoing training and incentives 

If you're a skilled Vehicle Technician looking for a good basic salary, sensible working hours and your weekends back, this could be a great move.

We're recruiting for an established automotive business in the Leeds area looking to add experienced Vehicle Technicians to its growing workshop team.

This isn't a fast-fit role. We're looking for proper all-round Technicians who are comfortable carrying out servicing, repairs and larger mechanical jobs including timing belts.

You don't need to be a diagnostics expert. If diagnostics is an area you'd like to develop, further training can be provided.

The Role

You'll be carrying out a range of vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs, including more involved jobs such as timing belts.

We're looking for someone who can work confidently and independently within the workshop while maintaining a good standard of workmanship.

What We're Looking For

- Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician

- Strong general mechanical experience

- Confident carrying out servicing and repairs

- Able to undertake larger mechanical jobs such as timing belts

- Full UK driving licence

- MOT Tester licence advantageous but not essential

- Good, reliable approach to work
