Escape the commute into London and enjoy the picturesque Buckinghamshire countryside with this exciting opportunity! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to take on the role of Venue Director for a prestigious, large-scale commercial operation outside of London.

Our client is one of the UK's most respected fresh food companies, renowned for innovative catering solutions across various sectors. We are seeking an accomplished Venue Director specialising in restaurants, food retail and destination dining with a demonstrable track record in managing high value multi £ million accounts with multiple service lines.

This role involves managing a first-of-its-kind, high-profile contract that combines multiple food retail operations, including bars, restaurants, events, conferences, street food pop-ups, hospitality, and much more.
Reporting directly to the MD; as the Venue Director you will oversee and elevate this multi-site, multi-million-pound food retail operations, and be responsible for strategic client management, operational excellence, budget management, and leading a team of 70+ staff with 6 direct management reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple sites, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and improving overall dining experiences.
Streamline processes, reduce costs, and optimize performance across all locations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Build strong relationships with clients & internal stakeholders to ensure collaborative success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Excellent understanding of hospitality, food & beverage (F&B), and events.
Strong knowledge of catering management, service level specification, and performance management delivery.
Proven experience working within multi-site/multi-outlet environments.
Financially astute with excellent business acumen.
Strong leadership style with experience in leading and managing large and complex teams to deliver results.
Up-to-date with current market trends and able to implement innovative solutions.
