As the Venue Director for one of our most prestigious contracts, you will be accountable for this brand-new site. You will ensure that the site and its multiple outlets meet all SLAs agreed upon with the client. You will develop and lead a large team, including 6 direct reports within this contract. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service to our clients and customers consistently. You will manage client and contractual relationships commercially, ensuring compliance with company policies. You will drive foodservice innovation and support service solutions that surpass both new and existing customer expectations.
- Multi-unit contract catering or catering business experience is essential- Must have managed pre-COVID turnover levels of £8m or more- Ability to address complex business issues with creative problem-solving and timely strategy implementation- Effective communication skills, with the ability to motivate and interact at all organisational levels- A strong passion for excellent food and hospitality- A proven track record as an innovative and financially responsible manager- Demonstrated leadership capabilities
