Venue Manager - Arcade X @ Battersea

Fabulous opportunity for a Venue Manager to help us run our first outdoor food and beverage venture on the river outside of Battersea Power Station

Seeking an Venue Manager for a fixed term contract (running until October, with the possibility of joining permanently).

Arcade X - Our new outdoor destination, with awesome global street food and bespoke drinks.

Join us for summer at Arcade X, featuring 4 food outlets and 3 bars, on the river Thames with a backdrop of the iconic Battersea Power Station.

The Position
As Venue Manager, you will be a hands-on, proactive and enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver a warm and memorable guest experience. You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the ongoing summer event, managing the guest experience.

As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing a very busy summer event with 4 food outlets and 3 Bars
Welcoming and attending to guests with an exceptional level of care and service, ensuring that they leave with a positive and memorable experience;
Inspiring, motivating and training hospitality staff
Carrying out all opening and closing procedures.

The successful Venue Manager will have:
Previous experience as a Venue Manager with a hospitality events background
Warm and welcoming persona, along with a hands-on approach to work and impeccable attention to detail;
Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team;
Passion for hospitality and a good knowledge of food and beverage;
Eagerness to learn and develop your career within an award-winning restaurant group.
