Veterinary Surgeon Berkshire

Job Description - Veterinary Surgeon Berkshire

Structured days. Proper time off. A rota that actually makes sense.

This is a well-thought-out Veterinary Surgeon role for someone who wants clarity, balance, and predictability. Sensible start/finish times, a 4-day week, shared weekend cover, and built-in recovery time after duty weekends. No chaos. No guesswork.

The Role

You'll be working in a first-opinion setting with a clear, fair rota and realistic expectations. Days are structured, cover is shared properly, and downtime is protected — especially after weekends.

This role suits a vet who values organisation, teamwork, and knowing where they stand.
