Contract/Hours: Permanent, Full Time – 35 hours per week

At Action for Children, our vision is that every child and young person has a safe and happy childhood. Behind every supporter, donation and fundraising campaigns is accurate, meaningful data that helps us continue delivering vital services to children, young people and families across the country.
We’re looking for a VI & Supporter Data Officer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the quality, accuracy and integrity of our supporter data. You’ll help ensure that fundraising income is processed correctly, Gift Aid is administered compliantly, and our teams have the information they need to build strong relationships with our supporters.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes and using their attention to detail to make a real difference.
As our VI & Supporter Data Officer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating supporter records within RENXT, ensuring information is accurate, secure and compliant with GDPR and fundraising regulations.
