Vice President

As a Director focusing on European mid -market transactions, you will play a critical role in sourcing, structuring, and executing financing solutions within the infrastructure and energy transition sectors. This senior -level position requires a deep understanding of the European mid -market landscape, a robust network within the infrastructure and energy sectors, and a strong track record in deal origination and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with mid -market companies, financial sponsors, and industry stakeholders across Europe, focusing on infrastructure and energy transition opportunities.
  
• Lead the structuring of complex financing solutions, including senior debt, mezzanine debt, and hybrid capital structures tailored to meet client needs and project specifications.
  
• Oversee comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple European jurisdictions.
  
• Manage all aspects of deal execution, from initial pitch through to closing, ensuring timely and successful completion of transactions.
  
• Monitor and manage the performance of the loan portfolio, proactively identifying opportunities for value creation, risk mitigation, and portfolio optimization.
  
• Contribute to the development and execution of the firm’s strategic plan in the infrastructure and energy transition sectors, including market entry strategies and new product development.
  
• Mentor and lead a team of junior professionals, fostering a collaborative and high -performance culture.
  
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the infrastructure and energy transition sectors, providing thought leadership to the firm and its clients.
