Vice President of Product Management

Job DescriptionOur client, a leading global SaaS organization, is searching for a visionary and strategic VP of Product to lead one of their more successful portfolio's of products focused on Logistics, WMS, Retail, and Distribution verticals. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions to a diverse customer base! This is a Product Strategy and Go-To Market focused position with a focus on finding product and building customer focused product solutions. This is an interim role for 6 months to work on a set of new product launches in the UK and US market. The position report into the Chief Product Officer and will be based 1 day a week from their Midlands based office (Birmingham city center). This role will be inside IR35 and compensated at circa £700PD+ (Open to negotiation). Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:Craft a forward-thinking vision for their product portfolio in collaboration with industry leaders, guiding long-term growth.Develop comprehensive strategies encompassing roadmap development, partnerships, and GTM approaches to achieve sector goals.Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to ensure market needs are addressed, working alongside Product VPs to drive roadmap alignment.Lead the creation of a robust GTM plan in conjunction with Marketing and Commercial teams, leveraging metrics for performance evaluation and actionable insights.Ideally you'll have the following skillset to be considered for the role:Demonstrated success in strategic leadership, with a proven ability to execute plans at scale.Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and fostering alignment with organizational vision.Strong B2B SaaS ExperienceStrong experience working with enterprise level SaaS or ERP solutionsExperience building SaaS or ERP solutions across Logistics, Retail, Distribution or WMS.Strong business acumen, driving financial performance and commercial viability within the portfolio.Entrepreneurial mindset, adept at identifying and capitalizing on innovative opportunities.Proficiency in cross-functional team management, orchestrating collaboration across diverse departments.Expertise in product evangelism, delivering compelling presentations and advocating for portfolio excellence.Ready to join one of the industry's foremost SaaS innovators and shape the future of enterprise software solutions?
