Head of Video Production to join a growing Health and Wellness start-up based in London.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Head of Video Production to lead our video content creation efforts. This role involves producing beautiful and engaging content for social media, class trailers, lifestyle segments, and online streaming.
As the Head of Video Production, you will own the production quality of all video content across company, ensuring it meets ours and your high standards. You should be passionate about health and wellbeing, capable of working quickly, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Working in a startup environment, you will address various needs and challenges, working closely with the Head of Product, and the visionary CEO/Founder, contributing significantly to our growth and success.

Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure all video content produced by company is of high quality.
Develop creative solutions to enhance video quality, especially for Zoom-hosted classes.
Create engaging content for social media, class trailers, and online streaming.
Lead the video production team and provide training to improve their skills.
Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video content.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to meet their video content needs.
Lead the development of new formats, including production of "Micro" videos, which are 2-5 minute iPhone-style videos designed to provide specific interventions for conditions, such as addressing a bad back.
Maintain an innovative approach to video production and editing, identifying best practices and evolving daily operations as necessary.

Qualifications
Degree in film, media, or a related field preferred, but not required if the candidate has substantial work experience.
Extensive experience in video editing and production.

Skills and Competencies
Proven start-up experience.
Expert knowledge of video editing software - Premier / FCP/ Avid/ After Effects.
A solid understanding of and enthusiasm for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube.
Experience of live streaming is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Experience of managing and training diverse, remote teams.
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
Organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Adaptable, dynamic, and quick-thinking approach.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality output.
A passion for the wellness industry and learning new things.
A true team player.

Desired Experience:
2+ years in a leadership role.
At least 4 years of experience in junior roles.
