Video & Marketing Executive - Financial Services

A leading Financial Technology and Consulting Firm is hiring an energetic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing firm. This is an ideal position for a creative and hardworking Video Editing & Marketing Assistant, new to the industry, and keen to jump-start their career in a multifaceted, fast-paced role.

Responsibilities:
Working independently, you will be responsible for increasing the firm’s B2B presence. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact during an exciting time for the company through exciting social media and video campaigns.

Take the lead on all marketing and communications strategy, managing its execution, monitoring and feedback, with the objective of increasing marketing presence.
Own and create the strategy for video production and content across social media channels.
Ensure consistency of the brand image across all marketing and communication.
Own and manage events and creative marketing campaigns e.g video, podcast, corporate events etc.
Build awareness for the brand, providing competitor analysis and product positioning strategy.
Lead on digital & field marketing campaigns, including analysing performance, and develop, manage, and track marketing budgets.

Requirements:
Strong experience with video production and editing.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing role within a Financial Services consultancy, or a FinTech/Start-up/boutique.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal; must be able to inform relevant senior stakeholders of marketing strategy.
Experience working independently and autonomously, providing proactive solutions to seniors.

Salary:

dependent on experience plus bonus
Location:

London (full-time office based)
