Are you an experienced videographer with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for creative detail? We're looking for a Video Producer to join our clients' marketing team, helping us bring the story of our region to life through impactful video content.

About the Role
As an in-house Video Producer, you'll play a crucial role in developing visual content that supports investment and tourism promotion. From planning to post-production, you'll create engaging, professional video content that enhances our brand, builds credibility, and inspires stakeholder confidence.
You'll work alongside a passionate and creative team to craft compelling narratives, promote strategic events, and contribute to major brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a forward-thinking video production plan in collaboration with marketing, comms, and business development teams.
• Create impactful, brand-aligned video content-this is not focused on general consumer or social media trends, but content that delivers strategic business value.
• Write scripts, produce storyboards, and organise production schedules to align with campaign goals.
• Film and edit high-quality video content using professional-grade equipment.
• Enhance videos with expert editing, motion graphics, and special effects.
• Maintain and manage production equipment and resources.
• Ensure all output is on-brand, legally compliant, and optimised for digital channels.
• Oversee budgets to ensure cost-effective delivery of high-quality video.
• Network regionally to build relationships and tap into wider creative resources.

Required Skills and Experience:
We're looking for someone with:

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects.
• Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and camera operations.
• Proven experience producing video for corporate, branded, or tourism-related content.
• Excellent storytelling abilities and creative direction.
• Great attention to detail and a collaborative approach.
• A proactive mindset and passion for keeping up with industry trends.
