If you're a creative videographer who loves telling meaningful stories and wants to work on projects that genuinely make an impact - this one's for you.

I'm supporting a brilliant in-house marketing team that's looking for a Video Producer to help bring the region's identity and ambitions to life through powerful, professional video content. It's not about TikToks and fast-paced reels - this is more thoughtful storytelling, creating high-quality content that supports investment, tourism, and brand-building work.

• Planning, filming and editing content from start to finish - from scripting and storyboarding to final delivery.

• Creating strong visual stories that support big-picture campaigns (think inward investment, major events, strategic partnerships).

• Working across studio and on-location shoots with full kit (lighting, audio, camera setup etc).

• Leading post-production with strong editing, graphics, captions and (ideally) a bit of motion graphics work.

• Collaborating with comms, marketing and creative teams to make sure every piece fits the brand and its goals.

• Solid experience producing branded or corporate video content (ideally with some public sector or place marketing work).

• Confident using Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.

• Skilled across the full production process - scripting, filming, editing and final polish.

• Comfortable using lighting, sound and filming kit, both in studio and on the go.

• A creative, curious mindset and a strong visual eye.

• Some knowledge of distribution strategy and platform optimisation (socials, web, presentations).

• An interest in economic growth, tourism or regional storytelling.

• Experience managing small budgets or freelancers.
