Summary

We’re looking for a Video Producer who will primarily sit within the Communications Team, at the England and Wales Cricket Board, to shape and deliver their video content. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to produce engaging videos for different media platforms, including traditional ‘earned’ media and PR, alongside social media.

You’ll be used to working in a fast-paced environment and across the entire production process; creative, shooting, editing and delivery. We’re seeking a person who has a flair for creativity, adept at storytelling, pacing, and leveraging music and sound to drive emotion and excitement in video. Experience in motion design using After Effects to bring text and images to life is essential for this role.

As part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of the latest production techniques and social media trends to create impactful content. Your role will involve crafting emotive stories for various channels, requiring strong editorial judgement and a deep understanding of platform nuances. Key Responsibilities

Shoot and develop video content for social and digital outputs across owned, earned and borrowed channels.
Spearhead the ideation, creation, and curation of visually compelling video content.
Develop and craft graphics and motion graphics to support wider communications and enhance video output.
Collaborate with the broader content team and suppliers to generate fresh and exciting storytelling ideas – particularly human-interest stories of people impacted by sport.
Support the broader content team and partners to generate fresh and exciting ideas for their video output.
Stay ahead of the latest traditional and social media trends, and proactively leverage them to increase brand visibility and engagement across various social platforms.
Uphold and maintain the brand's visual identity and production values, ensuring consistent representation across all content channels.
Have a test-and-learn approach to content - always ready to try new things.

Requirements of you:
Demonstrable solid experience as a videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful video content.
Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite, in particular Premier Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Proven ability working in a fast-paced communications or content team; working to time-sensitive deadlines.
Strong editorial eye. Ability to identify and articulate a variety of storylines across a range of topics.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet short deadlines effectively.
Able to build strong working relationships with internal and external teams and wider agency partners.
A clear understanding of the social media landscape and content formats.
Collaborative mindset, capable of working harmoniously with a diverse team of creatives
Must be able to work 3 days per week from London offices
