Role Overview: 

We are looking for a talented videographer to join our growing team, creating excellent social first content with the capability to direct, shoot and edit video for our various social platforms. The ideal candidate loves social media and is passionate about creating engaging content for our audience as well as being in the know when it comes to fashion and beauty trends.

They will have a proven background in a similar role, ideally in the fashion and beauty industry.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Shooting and editing engaging content for our social media channels


• Filming in-house and on location, including camera, lighting and audio setup


• Ensuring all edits meet brand guidelines and quality standards, including colour correction, grading and audio balancing.


• Contribute and pitch new creative video ideas that are aligned to the visual identity and tone of the brand


• Oversee the creation from pre-production to post-production of all our video


• Utilise motion graphics and on-screen text to support storytelling and create original content

Person Specification:

• At least 3 years’ experience, ideally a mixture of social media content production and professional video production


• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop (After Effects is a plus)


• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting techniques, sound recording and media management


• Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines


• Be enthusiastic and able to work individually and as part of a team


• Experience in working with a multi-cam setup


• Confidence in managing a shoot environment


• Strong understanding of the relevant social platforms and staying up to date with the latest social media trends


• Must be based near London and able to work from the office regularly
