The Role

You’ll work as part of a passionate content team, collaborating on projects from concept to final cut. Whether you’re leading on a solo shoot, directing interviews, or editing footage into compelling narratives, you’ll play a key role in sharing stories that make a difference. Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who’s not only technically skilled but also passionate about people and purpose. You’ll need:

• Proven experience shooting and editing professional video and photography content

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)

• A strong storytelling instinct - able to shape powerful narratives from raw footage

• Confidence working solo as a 'self-shooter’ as well as collaborating in a small team

• Experience managing end-to-end production: from planning and filming through to editing and final delivery

• Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Familiarity with digital asset management systems (or a willingness to learn)

• A genuine empathy and sensitivity when working with personal stories
