Salary: £22,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings for prospective buyers and tenants, providing a warm and professional experience.
• Answer basic questions about the property and highlight its key features.
• Gather and report feedback from viewings to the sales and lettings team.
• Ensure properties are presented at their best and secure before and after appointments.
• Support the office team with light administrative tasks when required.
• Represent the agency professionally at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, approachable, and confident with excellent communication skills.
• Well-organised with good time management.Presentable and professional in appearance and manner.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Previous customer-facing or property-related experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required.
